Cardio Helps Build Muscle

This may surprise a lot of you but its actually true. Cardio does help build muscle. Not only does it help the muscles recover by increasing blood supply to them and oxygen, but it also allows more rapid protein absorbance in the body and therefore more rapid growth in the muscles.
